Refund & Exchange Policy | سياسة الاسترجاع والتبديل

Return & Exchange Window:

  • Customers may request an exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the product if the issue is caused by the store, such as receiving the wrong item or a manufacturing defect. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Shipping & Return Costs:

  • For cases covered above, Taharqa Design and Taharqa Global will cover the shipping and return costs once the returned item is received and verified.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Requests for exchanges or refunds for any other reasons will not be accepted.

How to Return:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at return@taharqadesign.com with your order details and photos of the item (if applicable).

  • Returns must be sent only after authorization. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method.

Store Rights:

  • The store reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.

مدة الاسترجاع والتبديل:

  • يُمكن للعملاء طلب التبديل أو الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج إذا كان الخطأ ناتجًا عن المتجر، مثل استلام منتج غير المطلوب أو وجود عيب تصنيعي. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع التغليف الكامل.

تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع:

  • في الحالات المذكورة أعلاه، تتحمل تهارقا ديزاين والشركة المالكة تهارقا جلوبال تكلفة الشحن والإرجاع بعد استلام المنتج المرجع وفحصه.

غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع:

  • لا تُقبل طلبات التبديل أو الاسترجاع لأسباب أخرى غير المذكورة أعلاه.

كيفية الاسترجاع:

  • لبدء عملية الاسترجاع أو التبديل، يُرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء على البريد الإلكتروني return@taharqadesign.com مع تفاصيل الطلب وصور المنتج إن أمكن.

  • يجب إرسال المنتجات المرجعة بعد الحصول على موافقة مسبقة فقط. أي منتجات مرجعة دون موافقة لن يتم قبولها.

المبالغ المستردة:

  • سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 7–10 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المرجع، وبنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

حقوق المتجر:

  • يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في رفض طلب الاسترجاع أو التبديل إذا لم يستوفِ المنتج الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
